A new Wooly Bullys is opening in Livingston County, the fastest growing county in Michigan. We are converting an existing restaurant space to become the hottest restaurant and bar in Livingston County. Every day we start fresh. We dice, slice and mix our way to freshly made pizza dough, sauces, sides and dressings. We seek out the best ingredients to create the great tasting, bold flavors you crave. Specializing in artfully concocted signature cocktails, Wooly Bullys “Eat To The Beat” also offers an extensive selection of appetizers, entrees and a wide assortment of interesting beers, microbrews and wines by the glass or bottle. Yes we will have all of the one of a kind Rock-N-Roll memorabilia hanging from the walls, giant screens showing hot video clips and playing all the Rock-N-Roll you can take. A 57 Chevy dangles from the ceiling and a1960 Cadillac sprouts from the front of the building. We have added a couple new twists and also a few firsts for the concept. How about a “Tiki’ bar with its own in ground swimming pool. Or the garden room that brings the outdoors in with jumbo screen doors.

The purpose of this business plan is to support a request for a $90,000.00 twenty four month loan to purchase equipment, inventory and remodel the Leased space. The owner will provide $75,000.00 in initial capitol, $60,000.00 in custom fixtures, $89,000.00 in pre purchased equipment and a State of Michigan liquor license with a value of $60,000.00.

This casually cool neighborhood restaurant & bar will feature warm, upbeat surroundings with Americana memorabilia consisting of retro-neon signs, Cushman scooters, Harley Davidson’s motorcycle displays and authentic Rock and Roll memorabilia.

The 3,200 Square foot building is located on a prime piece of real estate at the corner of Interstate I-96 and Pinckney Rd. in Howell Michigan. The restaurant building is a free standing structure. It will also service an outside patio and provide food and beverage service to the adjacent Best Western motel swimming pool area.

The design focus in the new Wooly Bullys “Eat To The Beat” is the bar, it’s length and back bar design. The back bar is equipped with a state of the art giant 106” screen monitor with four additional 50” screens. The assortment of screens and sizes allows for the showing of all major sporting events and also the displaying of music videos. At almost 50’ in length the bar is the center of all the action, food and beverage service at the bar and the camaraderie of a great neighborhood bar and restaurant.

Beer Displays

The focal point behind the bar is the custom made bottle beer ice display. This display which is functional and all bottle beer will be served from is also illuminated and reinforces our statement that we serve “Ice Cold” beer at Wooly Bullys “Eat To The Beat”.

Liquor Displays

The liquor display is directly below the “Beer Display” the lighted cabinet with step shelves puts a focus on all of the “Premium” liquor brands that Wooly Bullys “Eat To The Beat” offers.

Design Elements

We have a number of unique design elements at wooly Bullys “Eat To The Beat”. There is a piano key design made out of ceramic tile on the floor. A bronze walk of fame star that features the “Beach Boys” and the hard wood floors compliment the inlaid piano key design. The wall finishes have richly stained hardwood wall panels with just the right color themes to bring out the original Rock-N-Roll and Americana memorabilia that adorns the walls.



Memorabilia

Much of the authentic memorabilia has been selected. Some of the featured items are the 1957 Lipstick Red Chevy that will hand from the interior ceiling and the 1960 Pink Cadillac that is the focal point of the exterior of the building. A vintage 69 Triumph motorcycle and a Cushman scooter from 1962 will be proudly displayed in the restaurant. Many celebrity guitars, drum skins and authentic record awards have been purchased. There are stage worn outfits from major artists that will be grace the walls.

Seating

There will be a combination of bar seating, booths at bar height level, booths at the traditional height and table and chair seating.

Capacity

The seating capacity will be 124 guests inside and 70 guests on the patio and “Tiki” bar seating.

With the focus on the bar we have incorporated our Wooly Wear sales counter in this location. End a great meal with a Wooly Wearable. Wooly wear…You are what you wear.

Tiki Bar & Patio

The grand rear glass garage doors will lead to the “Tiki” bar on the patio. The garage doors will be open during the spring and cooler summer days. The “Tiki” bar will seat twenty five with a total capacity of seventy guests on the patio, the additional seating will be table and chairs with bright, vibrant colored umbrellas.
